Community Events, Field Trips, Athletic Teams

  • Extracurricular Athletic Fee: $25-$350 (varies by team, sport, joint-team administrative costs)
  • Graduation Fee: $300 (Grade 12 students)
  • Hybrid and FLEX Field Trips: Additional charges may apply for field trips
  • Middle and Senior High School Option Fee: Extra costs may apply for consumables (e.g., art supplies, foods, outdoor education) and events.

Events Cancellation Policy

Our events rely on registrations to proceed; last-minute cancellations can impact our ability to host them. If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment, weather, or other factors beyond our control, families will receive a refund. Because event planning, staffing, and facility commitments are finalized in advance, parent-initiated cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the event date are non-refundable, with no exceptions. This policy ensures we can continue to deliver high-quality, viable events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
