Registration and Fees

Registration with BCS@Home signifies your commitment to and participation in your chosen program. Please note that registration, program and instructional support fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy reflects BCS@Home’s dedication to providing high-quality instruction, including staffing, support services, materials, resources, curriculum development, rental commitments, and program planning, all of which are carefully coordinated based on confirmed enrollment.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and are due upon submission of the registration form.

(Print-Based, Online and Shared Grades 1-12)

An Instructional Fee supports teacher planning, assessment, curriculum development, and student learning materials. All fees are included in the registration form and payable according to the Finance Team’s schedule. Instructional Fee is due by June 1 in order for the student to be accepted into their program type. This fee is non-refundable.

(Grade 1-12)

The fee supports teacher-directed instruction, classroom materials, curriculum development, facility costs, and the coordination of in-person and online program experiences that provide students with a high-quality Christian education. If a Hybrid/FLEX student is also taking Teacher-Directed courses, they need to pay the Instruction Fee. Program Fee is due by June 1 in order for the student to be accepted into their program type.
